Low Price Guarantee:  If, within 30 days of signing up, you find a lower price for the same term duration, we will refund the difference. Example:  you find a deal for $4.99.month unlimited hosting if you sign up for three years, but you signed up for one year with us; you would not be entitled to a refund because the term is longer. However, if you find the same deal for one year duration, you would be entitled to a refund of the difference.

Web Development

Please see your contract for any guarantees. Deposits are usually non-refundable, but balance payments usually are.

 

Domain Names

Domain names can not be returned and there are no refunds on domain names.
