Maintenance/Updating Service

 

We offer a number of ways for you to have your web site updated at a minimal charge. If you plan to update your site on a regular basis and don’t want to do it yourself, we offer the fastest turnaround and the lowest prices you are likely to find.

We have current clients who make updates as often as daily and as little as once a month and all of them rave about how fast we are. We usually make updates the same day the request is made — Sometimes within 15 minutes of receiving the request!

If you are seriously considering using us on a regular basis, we can provide references.

Here are just a few of the programs we offer:

1. Occasional changes without a contract or other agreement are charged at $1.25/minute ($10.00 minimum) and we are quite fast. Note: The first time we do work on your site, we will need to download the site to our computers and this may add some time to the job. After that most minor changes will take just a few minutes.
2. If you contract with us to make daily, weekly, or monthly updates, we will give you a fixed monthly or weekly cost equal to approximately $1.00/minute on the estimated time it will take. We will also set our system to automatically monitor your site to see if it is functioning properly.
3. We also add full pages, sections, photo galleries, slide shows, quick time movies, and many other special features at similarly low prices. One good example is our Real Estate Listing Web Sites which include an information page, a PDF brochure, a 21 page photo slide show, a domain name (www.theaddress.com), a sign rider and 10 business card CDs for just $149. All of this built to match the clients existing web site, whether we built that site or not.
